DRYFLOW Filters-They Can Take It!

Not that you would ever do this to your filter, but with a DRYFLOW conical filter you could...

Incredible durability DRYFLOW filter media bounces back to original shape

This demonstrates just how tough the DRYFLOW media really is. And with no co-pleated screen on the outside, there is no risk of filter damage during shipping, installation or cleaning. The DRYFLOW filter will retain its shape and performance even after the most severe abuse. That is why winning race teams continue to choose AEM DRYFLOW.

Strength from the Inside Out*

We reinforce DRYFLOW filter elements with a lightweight mineral-reinforced plastic cage that maintains the element’s structural integrity and eliminates the chance of the filter collapsing from flow demands, while also reducing the filter’s overall weight.

* Note: DRYFLOW Panel Filters are supported by co-pleated aluminum wire mesh.
Clean, Clean & Clean Again!

Our media is so durable that it can withstand almost unlimited cleanings with virtually no degradation of filtration efficiency, and it’s easy to clean! DRYFLOW’s polyester synthetic media can endure repeated cleanings without degrading the media’s filtration capabilities. If you clean and maintain it properly it will last for the life of your vehicle.

No Other Filter Tested Could Touch Our Dust Holding Capabilities

Dust holding is the amount of dust a filter is capable of holding (measured in grams) before the restriction from the dust on the filter affects its flow capabilities. The higher an air filter’s dust holding capacity the longer it will deliver adequate flow for the engine before requiring cleaning. Compare the dust holding capacity of AEM’s DRYFLOW to similar competitor dry and oiled cotton gauze filters in new condition and after five cleaning cycles. Not only does the DRYFLOW hold over 75% more dust than the closest competitor, it maintains a high level of dust holding wash after wash.

Go Ahead, Whack It...Clean That Is!

Under extremely dusty/dirty conditions, DRYFLOW filters can be knocked a few times to remove excess dirt off of the filter pleats.
